1.It can pick out the swift feathers with a size of more than 0.5mm and the picking rate is more than 80%.
2. The equipment is divided into 2 areas: the bird's nest hair picking area and the loading and unloading area. The two areas are separated to avoid contamination of the loading and unloading area by impurities such as bird feathers splashed in the bird's nest picking area.
3.1 The countertops in both areas are designed to be waterproof, and the countertops can be washed directly with water, which is convenient for cleaning. The drain outlet of the countertop is equipped with a filter screen, which can recycle the broken bird's nest.

The delta robot will pick the feathers on the 5 stations respectively. After all the feathers are picked, the stations will return to the loading and unloading area, and then the equipment will issue an alarm to notify the personnel to replace the nests.
