The main difference between the linear type filling machine and the rotary type is the production efficiency. Compared with the linear type, the rotary type has precise positioning and high efficiency. For the same filling requirements, the linear type filling speed is 15-20 cans per minute, while the rotary type can reach 30-50 cans per minute because of a shorter distance.

On the basis of the rotary filling machine, Utrustpack used a self-developed cans feeding diversion device and a stepper motor to accurately divert the cans, to design a fully automatic double lanes filling machine.

It adopts double station filling method, which saves time and increases efficiency. Two stations filling at the same time, with a speed of 50-80 cans/minute. The cup vibration device is uniquely designed for crispy materials that are not suitable for pressing. The vibration range is adjustable.
