The semi-automatic capping machine adopts the four-knife sealing method,with the addition of bearings inside the anti-theft hob, which is improved with reference to the latest imported Italian capping machine head. It is aluminum anti-theft capping equipment for high-grade plastic bottles and glass bottles. This series of sealing machines have the characteristics of compact structure, beauty and practicality, simple operation, convenient maintenance, small volume, and low noise. It is mainly applicable to various plastic bottles, and glass bottles with aluminum anti-theft capping. It is the preferred equipment for the production plants of high-grade wine, beverage, and health care products.

1. Four knives sealing method is adopted for sealing, with a simple structure and convenient adjustment.
2. Using the latest generation of mechanical design, the bottle body does not rotate during the sealing process, but the sealing hob rotates to complete the sealing. It is reliable and safe, avoiding the shifting and scattering of the product inside the bottle, and is especially suitable for fragile and liquid product sealing and packaging.
3. The hobbing work and bottle lifting is controlled by mechanical cams, with stable and reliable operation.
4. Easy to operate, just one button to complete the sealing.
5. High processing precision, the main body is designed and manufactured with all stainless steel materials, in line with the production workshop design requirements.
6. Changing the diameter of the bottles requires replacing the pressure head, and the replacement time is about 15 minutes.
7. Changing the bottle sealing height does not require changing the accessories, using the manual rotation of the pallets, which takes about 5 minutes to adjust. If the size difference in bottle height is too large, it requires replacing the pallets.
8. The defect rate is very low, less than one ten-thousandth.
9. The pressure head is made of 45# steel with quenching treatment, and the hardness is more than 50 degrees, with a service life of more than 1 million cans.
10. Sealing knife is made of chrome 12 materials, with a life of more than 6 million times sealing.
