At present, the qualified standard of canned coffee beans in the industry is that the residual oxygen content is less than 3%.

The latest canning application is to use tinplate cans to fill coffee beans. After filling coffee beans, the air in the cans is replaced and nitrogen (inert gas, non-toxic, colorless and tasteless, preventing oxidation, is widely used in food industry). Through the comparative test, the coffee beans taken out from the bag packaging one month later have lost their fragrance, but the coffee beans taken out from the nitrogen filled tank still have fragrance and come to us. It can be seen that the coffee beans packed with vacuum and nitrogen can retain the original fragrance, and the lower the residual oxygen, the better. However, please note that if the residual oxygen in the tank is not up to standard, the effect will not be achieved.
