The automatic can seamer is appilcable for sealing various round cans including PET plastic cans, tinplate cans, aluminum cans, paper cans, and etc.
Domestic patened design sealing roller structure, the automatic can sealing machine has a stable speed over 60 cans per minute with lower power consumption.
1. It is suitable for sealing various PET plastic, iron, aluminum and paper round cans, which is an ideal packaging equipment for food, medicine, tea and chemical industries.
2. The sealing chuck head and sealing rollers are made of 440C stainless steel with high hardness, providing it with good rust prevention, perfect sealing effect and service life of more than 6 million cans.
3. The can body won't rotate during the sealing process, avoiding the shifting and scattering of the filled product in the can, especially suitable for fragile and liquid products.
4. Production capacity: with our new design sealing head, it could reach up to 65 cans/min, while other single head can seamer just reach up to 50 cans/min by using higher power motors.
5. Auto stop and alarm function in case of cans stuck in the turntable, to effectively prevent mechanical structure damage.
6. Low defect rate: less than 0.01% for tin cans, less than 0.1% for plastic cans and less than 0.2% for paper cans.
7. One-button reset function for turntable positioning after taking out the cans.
